What: Mapunity: Mobile Applications, Social Technology and Social Networking, by Dr. Ashwin Mahesh.

Dr Ashwin Mahesh is Chief Executive Officer and one of the co-founders of Mapunity, incubated at NSRCEL, IIM Bangalore. He will show some of the application spaces for Mapunity technology, discuss the social networking platform the company is building, and a few of the directions in which technology development could go in the future. He will also share some of Mapunity’s experience in creating and growing a startup in the mode of a ‘research lab’ rather than a product or services organisation.
