Following upon our last event which was based on LBS, we’d like to point you to Navteq Global LBS Challenge. If you are looking for how to start developing LBS applications, then head over to it. An emulator SDK for S60 is available at the site. Download it and start hacking. For a step by step guide, download this instruction manual (pdf).
